CHOCHENG is a womenswear designer label launched by designer Cho Cho Cheng. The brand is based in New York and has been participating in New York Fashion Week since 2017. Cho Cho studied fashion and costume design at the Parsons School of Design and took an apprenticeship in Savile Row, London to master the craft of traditional British tailoring.

CHOCHENG operates under the vertical integration business model. We are involved with designing, manufacturing, retailing, marketing and every single aspect of the collection, making it possible to offer the best quality products at the most reasonable price. The CHOCHENG flagship store at 781 Fifth Avenue opened in 2019, making the brand the first Asian designer label to launch on this prestigious thoroughfare in New York.
CHOCHENG is synonymous with all natural materials and a whimsical interpretation of traditional tailoring. All garments are hand sewn in London following Savile Row tailoring techniques, everything from shoulder pads, embroidered buttons, inseam buttonholes to decorative petals are handmade and often with upcycled materials. Sustainability is at the heart of the brand. We use only natural and sustainable material and have adopted a zero waste policy where leftover fabric and old samples are recycled and repurposed. We work solely with prestigious heritage mills and workshops across UK, France, Italy and Spain, making the brand environmentally friendly and supportive to traditional handicraft.

CHOCHENG has been presenting runway shows during New York Fashion Week since 2017. Enchanted by the metaphorical and transformational magic of classic cinema around the world, every collection is a tribute to a film resonating with the CHOCHENG optimism of braving through life in humour and glamour.
